Flightdeck-UI Online

The latest stable release is fdui-online-0.4.0.tar.gz. Requires Apache, Python mod_python on the server side. On the client, you need a browser with the Flash 7 plugin (although later versions of the plugin should work, and Flash 6 may also work). Feel free to view the live demo.

Flightdeck-UI Multi-Variable Monitor (MVM)

The latest stable release is fdui-mvm-0.2.1.tar.gz, or fdui-mvm-0.2.1.zip in "zip" format. Includes the entire Flightdeck-UI library version 0.2.1 (see below). Requires Python and Tkinter, version 1.5.2 or later; also TCL 8.3.3.

Here is how to get started with MVM

Download the archive.
Unpack into a directory of your choice.
Read the quickstart manual in README-MVM.TXT
Run mvm.py (typical examples follow).

- Windows: pythonw mydir\mvm.py

The latest stable release is fdui-lib-0.2.1.tar.gz, or fdui-lib-0.2.1.zip in "zip" format. Requires Python and Tkinter, version 1.5.2 or later; also TCL 8.3.3.

Flightdeck-UI Online

The latest development release is fdui-online-0.5.0.tar.gz. It introduces some code cleanup and documentation (mostly based on analysis with pylint).

Flightdeck-UI Multi-Variable Monitor (MVM)

The latest development release is fdui-mvm-0.3.0.tar.gz (or fdui-mvm-0.3.0.zip). It adds the "safetymon" and "safetymon-small" control files, which monitor the temperature of the hard drive and CPU. There are also minor changes to syncronise the code that MVM and the Flightdeck-UI Library share with Flightdeck-UI Online versions 0.4.0 and 0.5.0. Tested with Python and Tkinter version 2.4, TCL version 8.4, but should also work with some earlier versions.

The latest development release is fdui-lib-0.3.0.tar.gz (or fdui-lib-0.3.0.zip). This release provides minor changes, to syncronise the code that the Flightdeck-UI Library shares with Flightdeck-UI Online versions 0.4.0 and 0.5.0. Tested with Python and Tkinter version 2.4, TCL version 8.4, but should also work with some earlier versions.
